
Henrique Pacini

Henrique Pacini is a Fellow at the Weatherhead Center in Harvard. He is a trained economist from USP Brazil, M.A. in EU studies from Hochschule Bremen in Germany and Ph.d in energy policy from KTH, Sweden. Henrique works for the United Nations in Geneva.

Tze Ni Yeoh

Tze Ni is a Fulbright scholar pursuing a Master in Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School. Tze is formally trained as an economist, having graduated from LSE in 2014 and was a central banker in Malaysia prior to HKS. This summer she worked with the World Bank; conducting research on eco-industrial parks, the circular economy, and industrial resilience.

Siddarth Shrikanth

Siddarth Shrikanth is a dual MPP/MBA candidate at Harvard Kennedy School and Stanford's Graduate School of Business. Siddarth studied Biological Sciences at Oxford, before joining McKinsey & Company in London where he advised businesses and governments on sustainability topics. He was later on the founding team of McKinsey.org, a new non-profit working across sectors to tackle plastic pollution, and led their team in Indonesia. Siddarth was most recently a foreign correspondent at the Financial Times in Hong Kong, where he covered a range of topics including finance, politics, technology and sustainability.

Mitsue Guerrero

Mitsue is a Fulbright scholar pursuing a Master’s in Design Engineering at Harvard GSD and SEAS. Through transdisciplinary approaches, she has developed projects for the public sector, NGOs, and innovation startups in energy, transportation, and water. She has studied circular design and other sustainable design methodologies and she is convinced of the key role designers have to play in achieving a global circular economy.

Kezi Cheng
Harvard SEAS - PhD Candidate ‘21

Kezi is a PhD candidate at the School of Engineering, her research focuses on materials optimization and discovery. Her interest lies at the intersection of materials and sustainability innovation. She is a NSF graduate research fellow, a Harvard Graduate Energy and Environment Consortium fellow, and is concurrently pursuing a secondary in data science. Kezi holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science & Engineering with a minor in Management from MIT.

Nupur Gurjar
Harvard GSD/SEAS - MDE ‘21
Operations & Funding
Nupur sees design as a multi-dimensional entity. She worked on multiple projects as an architect, notably for production design for Puma and Amazon Prime. She forayed into design research ethnography at Design Innovation and Craft Resource Centre, CEPT University on vernacular furniture of North-West India. Currently a candidate for the Master in Design Engineering at Harvard, she is keen to enhance her abilities as a creative thinker, problem-solver, explorer, and imaginative dreamer. Being a trained classical dancer and a vocalist has helped her maintain a creative balance.

Lindsay Ashby

Lindsay Ashby is a Master of Public Policy student at Harvard Kennedy School and holds a Bacehlor of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University. She was the Chief of Staff at the World Energy Forum, was a designated an Emerging Leader in Energy and Environment Policy (ELEEP) by the Atlantic Council and Ecologic Institute, and founded the clean tech startup Sky Harbour Energy.

Katie Segal

Katie Segal is a Masters student and Louis & Gabrielle Bacon Environmental Leadership Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School. She is a Research Assistant for the Belfer Center's Arctic Initiative, focusing on plastic pollution in the Arctic. She spent the summer working with the U.S. Climate Alliance, and spent the previous 4 years consulting on environmental policy for U.S. federal and state governments.

Janina Motter

Janina Motter is currently a candidate in the MS/MBA Engineering Sciences program. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and a Master's degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Stanford. Over the past 4 years, she worked at several materials-focused startups in the Bay Area.

Joanna Schiele

Johanna Schiele is an MPP candidate at the Harvard Kennedy school, focusing on energy and climate regulation. She hold's a BA in Economic and Philosophy from the university of Oxford and previously worked in energy market modelling in Germany, the UK and Poland. Johanna is currently on a leave of absence, working for the European Commission in DG Clima.

Avery Wendell

Avery Wendell is a Master of Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School and a Master of Business Administration at the Wharton School of Business. He holds a Bachelors degree in Philosophy from the University of Southern California. He has spent the past few years working in data science, primarily in digital advertising and politics. He also was an early contributor to Data for Progress, a think tank advocating for and conducting polling on progressive policies, including the Green New Deal.

Nick Van Hollen

Nick Van Hollen is a dual MPP/MBA candidate at Harvard Kennedy School and Wharton School of Business and an Energy Economics and Policy Research Assistant at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government. Prior to HKS, Nick advised governments and utilities in the U.S., Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa on infrastructure development, climate resilience, and renewable energy policy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Georgetown University.

Grey Lee

Grey Lee is an alumnus of the Kennedy School mid-career MPA program, and the former executive director of the U.S. Green Building Council of Massachusetts. He holds a MSc in Real Estate Finance and Economics from the LSE. Currently working in energy efficiency management, he has led organizations in appropriate technology extension, ecological restoration, and affordable cooperative housing.

Cindy Chen

Cindy is a Mechanical Engineer with a passion for helping society find ways to live more sustainably. She hails from Michigan and Texas, and is working towards her ALM in Sustainability. She has spent 15 years working for Shell in Downstream, Upstream and global functions, and is very interested in using nature (eg. Forests, grasslands, etc.) to absorb CO2. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Plant with Purpose, a nonprofit with the mission of reversing deforestation by transforming lives of the rural poor.

Quinn Liu

Quinn Liu is a Master in Public Policy candidate at Harvard Kennedy School. As a former investment professional, Quinn is specialized in impact investing and environmental, social & governance (ESG) analysis. She used to work as an ESG Analyst at HSBC Global Asset Management, responsible for ESG integration, research, and engagement for HSBC's Asian investments. At Harvard, she has conducted research in blended finance, development finance, and environmental and trade policies. She is passionate about promoting sustainable finance and mobilizing sustainable investments in both the public and private sectors.
