Our Mission
The Harvard Circular Economy Symposium will introduce participants to key circular economy concepts and case studies, explore linkages to finance, policy and business processes, and help forge connections across sectors to jumpstart the transition to a more sustainable system.
The culmination of cross-sectorial panelists, varied use of speaking formats (e.g. lectures, panel discussions, debate) and side-events (e.g. Q&A, discussion boards, career fair) are aimed at:
Building awareness and encouraging a wide audience to think critically about aspects of a circular transition as it grows globally.
Provide a platform to discuss the opportunities and challenges of a circular economy, while recognizing the unique roles that both private and public sector play in aiding the circular economy.
Foster a robust network of linkages between circular economy experts, the student body and researchers to further accelerate learning and research attention dedicated to the circular economy across multidisciplinary themes.
